Kantipur Television Network

Kantipur Television, popularly known as KTV, is a private television station based in Kathmandu, Nepal. Its chief director is Kailash Siroehia. Launched in July 2003, KTV is licensed for terrestrial and satellite transmission, and owned by Kantipur Publications. This publication house has a number of other notable publications such as ''The Kathmandu Post'', and ''Kantipur (daily)''.
Kantipur Publication's head office is located in Tinkune where two effigies stand.
Recently, KTV celebrated its 11th anniversary in July 12, 2014 and it is in its 12th year of establishment. According to the chief director, the company would run the next sister channel within November 2014. In the 11th anniversary, many journalists and best workers of the company were awarded.
